Thank you for shopping with us! Something didn’t fit right or just want another color? No problem, we’d be happy to help you exchange your item or get online store credit.

No refunds available.

Online store credit cannot be transferable to in-store credit.

Final sale items are not eligible for exchange or online store credit. Additional details on FINAL SALE items are below.

Any orders placed via Text to order/Customer Service Line is Subject to our Return Policy without exception.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to get the item to our warehouse at their own cost.

All items must be postmarked within 10 days of having received the order to be eligible for exchange. This only applies to Online Shipping orders.

Please include a copy of your invoice.

All merchandise must have tags attached, be brand new, unaltered or damaged. Items that do not meet these standards will not be processed for an online store credit or exchange.

Online store credits expire 3 months from the date issued.

To start a return or exchange, email "info@prinzzesa.com".

All returns should be shipped back with a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Please contact your local USPS to place a claim when packages are lost.

Once we receive your item please allow 3 to 5 business days to process your exchange. When shipping an exchange, please make sure your Name, Contact Information and Order Number is inside the package. You will receive an online store credit to the email on file to use when placing your order. If you are processing an exchange, you will receive further instructions on how to complete the exchange and purchase a new shipping label.

There will be a shipping fee to return packages not accepted for return/exchange.

 Drop-Offs

DROP OFFS WILL NOT BE AVAILBLE FROM 1/15/24 - 1/29/24

If you're dropping off, please do so during office hours.

Monday – Friday 11 am - 6 pm

It is the buyer’s responsibility to get the item to our Store front in a timely manner..

Pick up Returns

Pick up orders will always be ready the next day from the moment placed. 

It is the buyer's responsibility to pick up before the 10 days from the ready date of the order (the day after order is placed)

Any orders that are picked up after 10 days automatically forfeit the right to an exchange/return.

Example:

Order #12345 was placed on 01/01/2021, this order is ready on 01/02/2021.Client will have until 01/12/2021 to pick up and return this order or they will forfeit the right to an exchange/return.
