It is the buyer’s responsibility to get the item to our warehouse at their own cost.
All items must be postmarked within 7 days of having received the order to be eligible for exchange. Please include a copy of your invoice. All merchandise must have tags attached, be brand new, unaltered or damaged. Items that do not meet these standards will not be |Golden| processed for an online store credit or exchange.

All returns should be shipped back with a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
Once we receive your item please allow 1 to 3 business days to process your exchange. When shipping an exchange, please make sure your Name, Contact Information and Order Number is inside the package. You will receive an online store credit to the email on file to use when placing your order. If you are processing an exchange, you will receive further instructions on how to complete the exchange and purchase a |Egg2021|new shipping label. Shipping fees are not refundable or eligible for store credit.
