Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! Something didn’t fit right or just want another color? No problem, we’d be happy to help you return your order for exchange or online store credit. No refunds available. Online store credit available; cannot be transferable to in-store credit.

Please email us at info@prinzzesa.com to receive an RA # for your return. Final sale items are not eligible for exchange or online store credit.

All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of having received the order to be eligible for return. All merchandise must have tags attached, be brand new, unaltered or damaged. All return merchandise that does not meet these standards will not be processed for an online store credit or exchange.

All returns should be shipped back with a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Once we receive your return,  please allow 1 to 3 business days to process your return. You will receive an online store credit to the email on file you used when placing your order. If you are processing an exchange, you will receive further instructions on how to complete the exchange and purchase a new shipping label. Shipping fees are not refundable or eligible for store credit.
